Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the EST team, including scheduling, databases, and internal tracking.
• Assist in drafting the EST newsletter and other communications.
• Draft and schedule social media content and design visual assets using tools like Canva.
• Help plan, coordinate, and run a variety of events, including webinars, briefings, and public events.
• Gather and organize meeting information, including attendee bios, titles, and other relevant materials, and assist with meeting coordination.
• Greet and escort meeting attendees and provide logistical support during events.
• Assist with production and editing of multimedia content, including podcasts, videos, and presentations.
• Conduct research, draft summaries, and proofread communications or publications.
• Collaborate with team members on projects and contribute ideas to improve communications and operations.

Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree; progress towards a master’s degree, or a master’s degree, is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in communications, operations, or related administrative support roles (internship or coursework experience acceptable).
• Prior experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, or similar platforms) and drafting professional digital content is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms for creating infographics, banners, and other visual content.
• Video editing experience (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or OpusClip) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to follow directions, take initiative, and contribute creative ideas to improve content and workflow.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small, dynamic team and communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools preferred.

Preferred

• Progress towards a master’s degree, or a master’s degree, is a plus.
