Job Summary

Own social execution and content operations for TSIF and client workstreams, balancing daily posts, calendars, and engagement with data-driven storytelling and stakeholder coordination.

  • Social Execution: Own posting calendars, platform publishing, and community interactions across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Campaign & Communications: Coordinate newsletters, blogs, press outreach, and nonprofit-aligned campaigns with timely approvals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement, pull monthly analytics, and translate results into action for ongoing optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day social media activities for TSIF and assigned client accounts
  • Develop and maintain content calendars
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions
  • Assist with social media growth strategies
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly reports
  • Coordinate content collection from clients and team members
  • Draft newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, website content, and organizational updates
  • Assist with press releases and media outreach
  • Maintain media lists and communications databases

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, event coordination, or related fields
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts professionally
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with Canva and content creation tools
  • Comfortable working with nonprofit, social impact, education, government, and mission-driven clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

  • Social Media growth experience
  • Digital community growth management
  • Basic photography or video editing skills
  • CRM experience
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com
  • Event planning experience
  • Public relations experience
