Lead the marketing communications program for a permissions-bound organization with executive counsel and agency management.

• Own the marketing communications strategy aligned with goals and brand identity.
• Manage corporate messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all channels.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on communication opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including digital assets, blogs, thought leadership, press releases, customer stories, and promotional collateral.
• Lead editorial planning and content calendar management.
• Direct the strategy and execution for digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels to promote our insurance products and charitable works.
• Oversee website content strategy and optimization.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors as needed.
• Oversee departmental budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
• Minimum 8 years related experience marketing, reputation management, with increasing levels of responsibility within a complex organization
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement marketing strategies and develop high impact print, web, and electronic marketing materials
• Broad and deep experience with web and digital marketing tools
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and effective marketing communications content that engages target audiences
• High level of professionalism
