Job Summary

Own content production and distribution for social channels, press outreach, and lightweight communications tasks that connect external audiences with the organization’s mission.

  • Social & Outreach: Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while coordinating external press outreach and email communications.
  • Digital Assets & Website: Edit the Framer website and design flyers, decks, and social graphics to support campaigns and partnerships.
  • Network & List Management: Maintain and grow contact lists, ensuring timely, clear communications across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce content for and help manage our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts.
  • Write press releases and conduct outreach to newspapers, TV, radio, and podcasts.
  • Draft emails to our network and help manage our contact list.
  • Help edit our website in Framer.
  • Design flyers, presentations, and social media graphics using Canva, PowerPoint, and other platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media, press, communications, and/or web design
  • Strong, clear writing skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following through on multiple assignments

Preferred

  • Experience with Framer (website) or Canva and PowerPoint
  • Prior volunteer or internship experience in communications
  • Knowledge of contemporary digital campaigns
