Responsibilities

• Manage the Club’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent, professional online presence, including the creation and scheduling of posts, photos, videos, and other digital content.
• Maintain and update content on the Club’s internal and external websites, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and consistent with BCC branding.
• Coordinate and produce the Club’s regular email communications, including weekly emails, monthly newsletters, event promotions, announcements, and other digital communications.
• Design and produce internal marketing materials, including event flyers, posters, digital signage, promotional graphics, menus, and other Club collateral.
• Capture, organize, and maintain appropriate photography and video content from Club events, amenities, dining experiences, golf activities, and other areas for use in marketing and communications.
• Develop and maintain a Club marketing and communications calendar to ensure events, promotions, and important Club information are communicated in a timely manner.
• Assist the Events Director and appropriate department leaders with the planning, coordination, logistics, setup, and execution of Club events and activities.
• Run and manage member events, when necessary
• Serve as an on-site event contact when assigned and assist in ensuring events are executed according to established plans, timelines, and service expectations.
• Assist with event timelines, room layouts, vendor coordination, entertainment, décor, signage, menus, promotional materials, and other event-related details.
