Responsibilities

• Lead email, website, social media, newsletter, and digital marketing communications.
• Create clear, engaging copy and branded promotional materials for members and industry partners.
• Build and manage editorial and campaign calendars across communication channels.
• Track email, website, search, and social media performance and apply insights to future campaigns.
• Manage webinars, virtual classes, and in-person education courses, including course setup, registration, participant communication, instructor coordination, recordkeeping, and evaluations.
• Oversee course approvals, renewals, CE credit reporting, and compliance documentation across the jurisdictions PIA serves.
• Review education results and member feedback to recommend program improvements.
• Supervise and develop a part-time student intern who will assist with communications, marketing, research, and education support.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills.
• At least three years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, education administration, association management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, WordPress or a comparable content management system, email marketing, social media, and basic design tools.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A collaborative, curious, and service-oriented approach.

Preferred

• Helpful Experience Experience with a nonprofit or membership association, professional education, WordPress, GrowthZone, learning management systems, SEO, analytics, or intern supervision is a plus.
