Job Description

Own and execute RiverStone Health's communications across digital and print channels, ensuring brand standards, audience relevance, and timely delivery to diverse populations.

Content Creation: Research, prepare, post, and update content on website, social media, email, and NixPlay
Visual Production: Create and edit photos and videos to support organizational communication
Design Materials: Create and edit digital and print materials for internal and external marketing
Newsletter Management: Write, edit, and distribute monthly community newsletter and quarterly patient newsletter
Quality Assurance: Review text, design, and images for accuracy, readability, and brand standards
Strategic Communications: Create, test, and implement effective communication strategies for diverse audiences
Media Monitoring: Monitor media reports and maintain a media tracking log
Grant-ready Reporting: Prepare media/social logs for departments for grant deliverables
Media Relations: Respond to media inquiries and connect experts as needed
Online Reputation: Monitor and respond to online reviews and questions on digital platforms

Marketing Planning: Develop marketing and communication plans, strategies, and reports with focus on target audiences and special populations
Cross-Org Collaboration: Collaborate with the Agency of Record to ensure timely execution and brand accuracy
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships across the organization
Training & Preparedness: Update knowledge of emergency risk communication concepts through training and study
Operational Improvement: Report concerns, recommend process improvements to enhance effectiveness
Professional Development: Attend meetings and training to stay current in principles and practices
Miscellaneous: Perform other duties to support RiverStone Health’s mission
