Responsibilities

• - Coordinate digital marketing, communications, content, campaign, or outreach work connected to assigned business priorities.
• - Maintain accurate calendars, briefs, status trackers, content records, campaign details, and follow-up items.
• - Support research, drafting, publishing, reporting, and stakeholder communication using approved online tools.
• - Review work for completeness, brand consistency, timing, and documented requirements before handoff or publication.
• - Prepare concise performance updates and keep project documentation organized for remote collaboration.

• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
