Job Summary

Own and coordinate the nonprofit communications stack across social, newsletters, and website updates, with a focus on donor communications and community-facing messaging that supports program outcomes.

  • Content & Communications: manage social channels, newsletters, and donor communications to drive engagement.
  • Design & Brand: produce recruitment flyers, reports, branding for schools and pastor groups.
  • Research & Community Insights: identify grant prospects, map church community needs, conduct needs assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Content: social media, newsletters, website updates, donor appeal copy
  • Design: recruitment flyers, reports, branding for schools, pastor groups, campaigns
  • Research: grant prospect identification, church community data, community needs assessments
  • Pipeline support: Client materials & online communication management with some direct constituent communication required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Writing, Social Media Management, Website & Web Content Writing, and Communication
  • Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Experience with Canva Pro + Adobe CC
  • Interest in faith-based & mission-driven work
  • Familiarity with non-profit or community-based organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
