Job Summary

Own cross-team communications planning and governance to drive clear, prioritized messaging and reduce duplication across industries, service lines and Growth Markets.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Establish planning processes, prioritization by business impact, and transparent progress tracking.
  • Cross-team Alignment: Connect industries, service lines and Growth Markets to maximize impact and minimize overlap.
  • Execution & Measurement: Track initiatives, surface risks and dependencies, and enable leadership decision making with concise updates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the USLI Industries and Growth Communications Leader to drive communication priorities, manage workflow and ensure consistent execution across the function
  • Serve as a central connector across communications teams, helping align messaging, sequencing and execution to maximize clarity and impact
  • Bring structure and discipline to communications planning, helping prioritise work based on business impact and capacity
  • Connect efforts across industries, service lines and Growth Markets to ensure alignment, reduce duplication and maximize impact
  • Track key communication initiatives and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, gaps and dependencies and driving follow-through to completion
  • Develop and maintain clear views of communication priorities, progress and outcomes to support leadership decision-making
  • Support the development of communication leadership materials, including updates, presentations and strategic messaging
  • Lead and evolve processes, tools and governance that enable the communications function to operate efficiently and effectively
  • Leverage data, insights and emerging technologies (including AI) to improve communications planning, execution and measurement
  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement across the team
  • Coach and support team members on planning, prioritization and ways of working

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in communications, operations, project management or a related field
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives and drive execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise leadership materials
  • Proven track record of improving processes and ways of working

Preferred

  • Ideally, you’ll also have
  • 10–12 years of experience in communications, operations, project management or a related field
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale initiatives and drive execution across multiple stakeholders

Benefits

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,500 to $251,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $156,600 to $285,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
