Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and organization of media lists
• Support department scheduling and logistics to ensure all deadlines are met
• Conduct research on media opportunities
• Assist coordinators in writing press materials, coordinating project assets, and writing fact sheets
• Build relationships with external communications agencies and internal Angel teams for corporate, theatrical, and streaming projects
• Support communications department with tracking department project deliverables
• Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language is required

Requirements

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language is required
• 1 year of education in Communications or Public Relations program

Preferred

• Working toward Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Entry-level experience
