Responsibilities

• Design the weekly bulletin and other print materials using InDesign and established brand guidelines
• Organize email campaigns in Constant Contact
• Update website content
• Complete light audio editing for weekly sermons
• Perform front-desk duties
• Maintain office hours
• Provide project support for program and pastoral staff
• Welcome visitors and coordinate office volunteers

Requirements

• Personal and growing faith in Jesus Christ
• Experience working within an office or similar professional setting
• Technological aptitude with the ability and willingness to get up to speed on various programs quickly
• Proficiency in InDesign
• Friendly and warm demeanor to greet guests in the office
• Organized, able to effectively multi-task, and meet regular weekly deadlines
• High school diploma
• Must be able to work onsite part-time (Mon-Thu 8:30am-1:30pm)

Preferred

• Proficiency with Canva
• Prior work experience in communications and/or technology
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
