Job Description

Responsibilities

Communicate directly with customers and event attendees
Represent the organization professionally at promotional events and community activities
Assist with customer engagement and outreach initiatives
Learn how to effectively communicate information about products, services, and promotions
Build positive relationships with customers and team members
Support event setup, coordination, and execution
Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns
Work closely with experienced team members and management
Participate in daily training focused on communication, marketing, customer service, and leadership
Track daily activity and provide feedback to management

Experience in communications, customer service, hospitality, marketing, events, retail, public relations, or sales is a plus, but not required .
