Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the CIB Marketing Product organization (4–6 direct reports), including product owners dedicated to specific platforms and product owners spanning multiple tools; establish clear goals, coaching, and consistent product delivery standards.
- Own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the marketing technology portfolio, balancing near-term delivery needs with longer-term platform modernization and interoperability.
- Accountable for the marketing technology budget and financial discipline across the portfolio, including business cases, prioritization trade-offs, and ROI/value tracking and coordinate closely with Technology partners where software expense is held outside Marketing.
- Own the multi-year AI transformation roadmap for CIB Marketing, defining priorities, sequencing, milestones, adoption targets, and impact metrics; drive disciplined execution against approved outcomes and partner with Technology peer marketing organizations, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end capability outcomes, including roadmap direction, value realization, and integration execution across systems.
- Establish the measurement architecture for AI initiatives using an economic levers approach, ensuring focus on a prioritized set of initiatives and build AI enablement and communications so marketers understand what capabilities are available, what's coming, where to start, and how to access expertise and development resources; reinforce responsible usage patterns and scalable adoption.
- Own the marketer-facing AI capability playbook, including a catalog of approved capabilities, patterns, and “where to start” guidance that keeps pace with rapid change and impact intake, prioritization, and resource planning to enable agile deployment: translate business priorities into sequenced work, manage dependencies, and drive trade-offs transparently.
- Chair and run an integrated governance cadence covering both marketing technology portfolio governance and AI transformation/use-case governance, providing decision-ready materials and clear transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes and provide central governance of the AI use case pipeline by enabling decentralized experimentation while holding decision rights to scale or sunset pilots based on measured impact.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and delivery for a portfolio of platforms/tools with measurable outcomes and deep understanding of modern product practices and agile delivery.
Preferred
- Experience leading AI enablement/adoption motions across distributed marketing teams (capability catalogs, communications, training/enablement, measurement routines).
- Track record modernizing operating models (intake, prioritization, resourcing, governance cadences) to improve speed-to-market and reusability.
- Financial services marketing experience across the marketing lifecycle; B2B preferred, with consumer financial services experience also valued.
- Experience modernizing operating models and shared services across large, multi-team, multi-region marketing organizations with strong change adoption and stakeholder alignment.
