JOB SUMMARY:

The Commercial & Agribusiness Marketing Specialist role focuses on large commercial and agribusiness accounts and serves as the agency’s expert for remarketing opportunities. The ideal candidate has exceptional coverage knowledge, strong carrier relationships, and enjoys collaborating with Account Managers and Producers to deliver outstanding client solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Lead the remarketing process for large commercial and agribusiness accounts.

2. Review renewal strategies and identify opportunities for improved coverage, pricing, or carrier fit.

3. Analyze current coverage forms, endorsements, pricing, and exposures.

4. Prepare complete carrier submissions for renewal remarketing opportunities.

5. Negotiate with insurance carriers and wholesalers to obtain the most competitive terms.

6. Compare quotes and identify coverage differences between carriers.

7. Present recommendations to Account Managers and Producers.

8. Maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters.

9. Monitor carrier appetites and underwriting changes.

10. Meet agency service standards and turnaround expectations.

11. Identify cross-selling and coverage enhancement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.

2. Strong understanding of Commercial Package, Property, General Liability, Auto, Umbrella, Workers’ Compensation, Inland Marine, and Agribusiness insurance.

3. Experience marketing large commercial accounts preferred.

4. Ability to interpret policy forms and identify coverage gaps.

5. Excellent communication skills.

6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

7. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

8. Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain).

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
