Job Summary |
Under direct supervision, the student assistants in this position will perform a variation of duties as related to the support of the college in terms of IT. Duties include: • Assist faculty and staff with technical support for various technical issues. Other duties as assigned Knowledge and skills in basic audio/video, computer systems, and applications. Testing AV systems with computer and video source devices in classrooms and conference rooms. General knowledge of operating systems, website design, and first-level software and hardware troubleshooting. Federal Work-Study applicants are highly encouraged to apply. |

Minimum Qualifications |
Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position. |
