About Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health

Enchanted Minds Behavioral Health is a growing mental health agency providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy services throughout New Mexico. Our team is committed to collaborative, innovative, and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly or bi-weekly supervision to clinicians
  • Monitor clinician productivity, documentation compliance, and caseloads
  • Audit charts and address clinical or scheduling concerns
  • Support staff development through training and feedback
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services and maintain an active caseload
  • Complete documentation, treatment plans, and diagnosis updates within required timelines
  • Collaborate with community providers, schools, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to build referral relationships
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, insurance, and company standards
  • Stay current with licensure requirements, policies, and professional development opportunities
  • Must maintain a caseload and bill a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have active independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LPAT).
  • Must have two years post-independent licensure experience.
  • One year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain supervisory designation from NM RLD for both Counseling and Social Work Boards.
  • Required experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
  • Required experience with children, adolescents, teens and/or adults.
  • E?ective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Must be able to be credentialled and contracted with insurance panels for commercial and Medicaid plans.
  • Must pass a CYFD background check.
