We’re profitable, growing quickly, and scaling our Insurance partnerships across Auto, Home, SMB/Commercial, Life, Health, and Pet insurance verticals.

The Role

We’re hiring a Client Partner Growth & Strategy leader to own and grow a portfolio of top insurance and marketing partners. Reporting to a co-founder, this person will serve as the executive-level point of contact responsible for revenue retention and expansion, commercial negotiations, and performance optimization across MoneyGeek’s insurance verticals.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, analytics, client success and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow the book of business: Lead strategic relationships with top carriers and partners across Auto/P&C, SMB/Commercial, Life, Health, and Pet.
  • Drive revenue and performance: Hit retention and growth targets through active management of pricing, budgets, and conversion performance.
  • Negotiate intelligently: Structure and negotiate CPL/EPL/CPC/CPA deals and program tiers that drive mutual ROI.
  • Launch and optimize programs: Oversee launches of new funnels, landing pages, and state expansions; manage tests to improve EPC, CVR, and CPA.
  • Translate insights into action: Use Power BI, Looker, and client portals/APIs to extract insights and drive continuous optimization.
  • Lead executive-level communication: Deliver clear, data-driven QBRs and performance reviews that deepen trust and unlock more budget.
  • Resolve issues swiftly: Partner with Product, Engineering, SEO/Content and BI to address feed, tracking, or data integrity problems.
  • Systematize success: Build and document repeatable playbooks and best practices for scaling client success operations.
  • Champion our partners: Capture and relay the voice of the customer to influence MoneyGeek’s product and content roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Partnerships within insurance, insurtech, lead generation, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience owning seven-figure books of business and negotiating pricing/budget increases
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (EPC, CVR, CTR, CPA) and their drivers
  • Analytical comfort with Power BI, Looker, related tools and client performance dashboards
  • Strong communication and executive-level presence; able to lead high-stakes conversations with carrier partners
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-biased in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel 4–5 times per year for key meetings and conferences

Nice to Haves

  • Direct experience managing relationships with insurance carriers or affiliate networks
  • Familiarity with paid search, landing-page testing, and conversion funnel optimization
  • Knowledge of regulatory and licensing nuances across P&C, SMB/Commercial and Life insurance products

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (DOE)
  • Incentives: Performance-based bonus tied to revenue growth and client success metrics
  • Equity: Stock equity participation
  • Benefits: Generous PTO, paid sabbatical, comprehensive health coverage, and remote-first flexibility
