Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations: scheduling, front-desk flow, and patient communication
• Learn and confidently deliver our patient education presentations and care plan conversations
• Handle billing and insurance basics (we train you — no experience required)
• Help patients stay consistent with their care, because we know outcomes depend on it
• Eventually take ownership of running key parts of the practice independently — this is a real growth track, not a ceiling
• PRACTICE GROWTH & MARKETING — A CORE PART OF THIS ROLE
• Most of our new patients come from outside the office, not from people walking in the door. A big part of this job is proactively finding and pursuing local health fairs, community events, business expos, and other marketing opportunities — not just showing up to events we hand you, but scouting them out yourself and building relationships that bring people in
• Note: these events are sporadic, not on a fixed schedule — flexibility and initiative to chase opportunities as they come up is essential.
• Schedule: This role covers both of our locations — Leesburg and Clermont — with about 18 hours/week of required patient-hours coverage split across the two offices.
• - Monday: Leesburg, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• A self-starter who doesn't need to be told twice

• A natural networker who enjoys finding opportunities and building relationships in the community, not just working a booth you hand them
