What You Will Learn: L’Oréal is looking for innovative, curious, and ambitious individual to join us as a Chief of Staff to our Chief Growth Officer. This position is based in our New York, NY headquarters. You will understand the intricacies of the Division portfolio, Go-To-Market ecosystem, business model, channels of distribution, competitive landscape, etc. In this unique role, your work will be broad, ranging from developing strategic business recommendations, to working collaboratively on cross-functional projects with partners at all levels of the organizations, to project management and presentation creating for C-suite business reviews. During this time, you will be assessed on your performance and contributions to the business but also on your potential to become a leader at L’Oréal. You will have opportunities to demonstrate your resiliency, ambition, judgment, empathy and learning agility, ultimately to be considered for placement in a management role with a specific brand across L’Oreal USA. What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: At least 5-6 years of professional work experience (beauty industry experience is NOT required) Lead with both an analytical and creative mindset In tune with consumer trends, pop culture and beauty at large Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, data analysis with experience analyzing performance data and summarizing / communicating findings via reports and internal/external stakeholder presentations. Mustdemonstratesolid experience in pulling, mining, and synthesizing data into strategic business strategies Effective and impactful communicator including strong storytelling and presentation skills, including with senior level executives Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage complex, ambiguous situations Partners effectively with others to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders Proactive and results oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial environment wherenew ideasare championed Must be skilled at executing within tighttimeframeswith attention to detail and accuracy Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship.
