How It WorksOur technology autonomously cooks using a modified reverse-sear method for food that’s juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It identifies food, conducts a 3D scan, and analyzes its surface temperature, then calculates the optimal cook time for a two-stage process. It starts with low heat (below the boiling point of water) and pressure for fast, perfectly even cooking. Then it heats to searing temperature in less than a minute to finish with a perfect, golden-brown crust—without drying out the food.
