Our client is looking for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the organization within the AI and Technology industry. The CEO establishes business goals, drives growth of AI-powered products and tech solutions, manages executive leadership, and ensures that the company achieves its financial and operational objectives while maintaining strong corporate governance and technological competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's long-term vision, mission, and business strategy with a focus on AI and emerging technology markets.
2. Business Growth: Identify new market opportunities in AI/Tech ecosystem, develop strategic technology partnerships, and expand the company's market presence and product portfolio.
3. Financial Management: Oversee budgets, revenue growth, profitability, and financial performance in collaboration with the CFO, including AI investment and R&D allocation.
4. Operational Management: Ensure efficient business operations and alignment across all departments including Product, Engineering, AI, and Go-to-Market.
5. Executive Leadership: Lead, motivate, and evaluate senior executives, including the COO, CFO, CMO, CHRO, CTO, and CAIO.
6. Decision-Making: Make high-level business and technology decisions to support organizational growth, product innovation, and sustainability.
7. Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, AI regulations, data privacy, ethical standards, and company policies.
8. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with the board of directors, investors, clients, technology partners, and other stakeholders in the AI and tech community.
9. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor business and technical results, and implement corrective actions.
10. Risk Management: Identify potential business and technology risks and develop strategies to protect the organization's interests.
11. Company Culture: Promote innovation, accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance, AI-first workplace culture.
12. Reporting: Present business performance, product roadmap progress, strategic growth, and future plans to the board of directors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or an equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including substantial senior leadership or executive management experience in AI / Technology / SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of business growth, strategic planning, scaling tech products, and organizational leadership.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with understanding of AI business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior executives in a tech-driven environment.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, risk management, AI product lifecycle, and business operations.
