Job Description
Responsibilities
- Merchant Growth Initiative: Developed growth strategies for key brands and platform-priority merchants by analyzing performance data and market dynamics to identify core business drivers. Broke down phased growth targets, monitored key merchant and product metrics, and contributed to the development of a comprehensive performance tracking system.
- Project Management: Acted as the project owner for merchant strategy initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration. Identified issues clearly through structured documentation and meetings, coordinated internal and external resources, and ensured timely project delivery and goal alignment.
- Data Analysis: Led data analysis efforts related to merchant performance, supported the development of quarterly and annual business growth plans, proposed actionable solutions, and conducted ongoing tracking of key metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a MBA degree
- Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel formulas;
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Preferred
- Preferred background in Business/ Marketing or related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce activities and marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis software.
- Experience with design software is a plus.
