JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Center Sales Associate/Shift Leader who runs the day-to-day operations of this retail location. He or she may be required to open and close the center, help manage productivity, and ensure the center’s team delivers world-class customer service to all customers, monitor cost control and expenses. The Center Shift Lead is involved with continuous improvement, service delivery levels, personnel management, and business development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Shipping/Mailing - Processing shipments for customers
• Package/Mail Sorting - Sorting incoming deliveries for pickup
• Packing - Providing packing service for customers
• Passport Photos -Taking photos for passport pictures
• Printing, Scanning, Faxing - Providing print services to customers
• Notary - Verifying ID of document signers
• Fingerprint - Performing the Live scan or Manual Fingerprints for customers and other work related jobs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in retail and/or management
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing
• Excellent leadership, time-management, and communication skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• A high school diploma or GED required
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Bilingual
• Ability to take Notary Exam.
• 6 days week.
• Available on weekends.

EXPERIENCE :

• Previous experience in shipping/mailing preferred
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for retail calculations and cash handling
• Proficient in phone etiquette for answering calls and assisting customers
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and processing financial transactions accurately
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
