Sunbelt Home Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for driven individuals who are ready to earn their way into management as a Canvass Van Manager in Training in St. Petersburg or even a new territory!
This is a 30-day-or-less management training program built for candidates with experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, team leadership, or other performance-driven environments who want a direct path into management.
We’re not just hiring for today. We’re building future leaders who can grow with us in St. Petersburg and across Florida, including our continued expansion into Orlando.
What You’ll Do
This is a 30-day-or-less management training program built for candidates with experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, team leadership, or other performance-driven environments who want a direct path into management.
We’re not just hiring for today. We’re building future leaders who can grow with us in St. Petersburg and across Florida, including our continued expansion into Orlando.
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads and set appointments by speaking with homeowners
- Learn Sunbelt’s canvassing, recruiting, coaching, and leadership systems
- Train alongside experienced, high-performing managers
- Develop skills in territory management, team motivation, and performance tracking
- Prove your ability to lead through results
- Earn promotion into a Canvass Van Manager position
After Successful Completion
- Lead and manage your own canvassing team
- Receive a company van for business use
- Earn management-level commissions, bonuses, and team overrides
- Oversee daily field operations, production, and accountability
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop new team members
- Position yourself for future leadership opportunities as Sunbelt continues to expand

- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Who We’re Looking For
- Sales, canvassing, field marketing, or leadership experience preferred
- Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
- Able to motivate others and lead by example
- Local to the Tampa Bay area or willing to relocate
- At least 18 years old
