Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our door-to-door marketing team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new canvassers
• Run daily meetings, role-playing, and objection training
• Set territories and organize daily field operations
• Track appointments, pitch rates, attendance, and individual performance
• Coach struggling reps and develop top performers
• Create a competitive, positive, high-accountability culture
• Work directly with ownership and our sales team
• Help build and scale the department as the company grows

Requirements

• Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and coaching ability
• Competitive and results-driven
• Organized and comfortable tracking KPIs
• Able to hold a team accountable
• Reliable, professional, and consistent
• Comfortable working in the field with the team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Home-improvement D2D experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred

• Home-improvement D2D experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in roofing, windows, siding, solar, pest control, security, telecommunications, or similar D2D industries is a major plus.
