Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Creators Campaign Manager, you’ll be running day-to-day campaign execution and influencer partnerships with key clients.
  • You will work closely with multiple teams to plan activations, pitch clients, build relationships with influencers, run successful activations, and drive client excellence based on strategy.
  • This role focuses on building strong relationships with brands and agency partners in the U.S./EMEA market, helping to develop impactful influencer collaborations that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Exciting opportunities to work across big name clients, go to on the ground events, and learn about the kid creator industry.
  • Research and Identify Influencers: Proactively source and curate lists of influencers who align with various client brands and target audiences.
  • Outreach and Relationship Management: Craft and send compelling outreach emails and direct messages to potential influencers and talent agents, maintaining detailed outreach logs.
  • Talent Negotiation & Collaboration: Engage with influencers and talent agents to secure partnerships that align with campaign goals.
  • Run Influencer Activations: Act as the campaign manager between the client, the influencers, and internal teams ensuring influencers are booked, contracted, paid and all content goes live in a timely manner. Handling day to day client communications, leading kick off calls and weekly calls, presenting end of campaign results.
  • As required, develop compelling proposals and pitch materials for influencer activations
  • Campaign Reporting & Insights: Report on activations weekly, build comprehensive end-of-campaign reports, and develop case studies to showcase performance and key learnings.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years experience running influencer activations for brands and agencies in the marketing space. Agency experience preferred.
  • Education: Graduate with a BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Passion & Industry Knowledge: Deep interest in influencer marketing, social media, and youth culture, with a strong understanding of digital trends.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of key social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and more with an eagerness to stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative: Proactive mindset with a strong ability to troubleshoot and find solutions.
  • Education and competence in influencer activations: Agency experience preferred.

Preferred

  • Bonus: Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, German, French) is a plus.
