Responsibilities

• Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas.
• Working with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes.
• Collaborating and prioritizing work across functional teams including content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Applying our designated project management system, Workfront, to further seamless cooperation and collaboration.
• Reflecting on process improvements and developing new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Balancing a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a strong track record.
• Proficiency in Workfront is preferred, or a similar project management tool.
• Outstanding communication skills for interacting with both internal and external collaborators.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.
