Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to leads provided by the agent/team.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and turn leads into clients.
• Conduct buyer consultations to understand clients' needs, lifestyle, budget, and goals.
• Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.
• Educate buyers throughout the home-buying process.
• Research properties and analyze comparable sales and market conditions.
• Prepare and present offers while advocating for your clients.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate transaction milestones and help ensure a smooth path to closing.
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-up, and client information in the CRM.

Requirements

• Licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker or actively pursuing an Illinois real estate license.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people.
• Highly organized and excellent at following up.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and social media.
• Creative and enthusiastic about social media.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or willing to become comfortable on camera.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and/or other content-creation tools.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating closely with the lead agent.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Motivated by goals and the opportunity to increase income.
