About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop in a structured, supportive project management environment.

You will work alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to support the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of internal and client-facing projects. Full training, mentorship and professional development opportunities (including funded certifications) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling and coordination of project activities
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and status updates
• Support project managers in monitoring progress, risks and issues
• Communicate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
• Help track budgets, timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements and project governance activities

About You

• Degree in Business, Management or related industry is preferable but not essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A proactive, positive approach to problem-solving
