Responsibilities

• Represent clients at outdoor events, promotions, and retail activations
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Learn and apply proven sales and communication techniques
• Take on increasing project ownership as you progress through the program
• Work closely with an experienced team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Requirements

• Full-time availability preferred; students are welcome if able to commit to a minimum of 3 full business days per week
• Available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (weekends not included toward the minimum)
• Comfortable working outdoors at events in a variety of conditions
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to take on real responsibility
• Strong communicator with a professional, driven attitude
• No prior business or sales experience required — we train from the ground up
