Job Description
Join CaptionCall, a mission-driven organization helping individuals with hearing loss stay connected through federally funded communication services provided at no cost to eligible users.
As a Business Growth Field Trainer, you’ll be responsible for growing awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services throughout your assigned territory. This field-based role combines relationship-driven sales, community outreach, account management, and hands-on installation support.
You’ll build partnerships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and referral organizations while helping eligible individuals gain access to life-changing communication technology.

Job Summary
Territory Sales & Account Management
- Develop and grow your assigned territory through relationship-based outreach and lead generation
- Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, hearing care providers, senior living communities, VA organizations, and other community partners
- Manage and expand existing provider and referral accounts
- Generate new customer opportunities through presentations, events, networking, and in-person visits
- Increase awareness and adoption of CaptionCall services throughout your territory
- Travel throughout your local territory (:55-mile radius) for provider visits, customer appointments, and outreach activities (50–75% travel)
- Maintain accurate customer and account information in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Manage inventory, marketing materials, and installation equipment
- Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customer homes
- Train customers on confidently using the service
- Deliver a positive, customer-focused experience during every interaction
- Serve as a trusted local resource for customers and partners

Pay & Compensation
- Base salary: $48,000–$55,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Performance-based incentive opportunities provide strong earning potential, with top performers capable of achieving six-figure total compensation.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured personal vehicle
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory (50–75%)
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and move equipment and complete in-home installations
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Experience in outside sales, account management, community outreach, healthcare sales, or field-based customer service preferred not required
- Experience working with seniors or healthcare providers is a plus
- Field-based role with daily local travel
- Combination of provider visits, in-home customer appointments, and community outreach events
