Owns and steers the lead and opportunity pipeline while coordinating tender submissions and maintaining key client relationships across projects.

Develops and maintains client databases and CRM records
Builds relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders

Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop the company's lead and opportunity pipeline.
Research and identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects.
Support the preparation of tender submissions, SQs and PQQs.
Maintain client databases, CRM systems and business development records.
Develop and manage content across the company's social media platforms.
Produce project updates, company news articles and case studies.
Coordinate photography, videos and marketing content from live projects.
Support networking events, community initiatives and sponsorship activities.
Assist with the promotion of company achievements, projects and employee success stories.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive and professional approach
Full UK Driving Licence

Preferred

Previous experience in a marketing, business development, bid coordination or administrative role
Experience within the construction industry
Experience managing social media platforms and website content
Experience supporting tender submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Pipedrive
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
