About the Company Vital Marketing is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to lead our provider outreach and referral network growth. This position acts as the strategic bridge between our firm and the medical community. We are looking for a professional who understands the personal injury ecosystem and can effectively manage the lifecycle of a provider partnership—from the initial "cold" meeting to long-term volume management. About the Role The Role: Vital Marketing is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to lead our provider outreach and referral network growth. Responsibilities Network Acquisition: Identify, vet, and secure new medical providers (Chiropractic, Orthopedic, Imaging, and Pain Management) to join our referral network. Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent field presence with existing providers to evaluate volume, address service issues, and ensure a high level of mutual satisfaction. Contract Negotiation: Manage the signing of new provider agreements and ensure all administrative and legal requirements are met. Operational Liaison: Assist in tracking referrals through the system to ensure cases are moving efficiently and any bottlenecks are resolved promptly. Strategic Growth: Meet with clinic owners and physicians to identify opportunities for increasing referral capacity and optimizing the patient-to-client pipeline. Qualifications Industry Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Personal Injury, Medical Sales, or Provider Relations. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Atlanta medical-legal landscape and referral patterns. Communication: Ability to navigate professional conversations with both clinical staff and business owners. Autonomy: Proven ability to manage a field-based schedule, hit outreach targets, and provide clear reporting to the Director of Operations. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets) for data-driven relationship tracking. Required Skills Minimum of 3+ years in Personal Injury, Medical Sales, or Provider Relations. Deep understanding of the Atlanta medical-legal landscape and referral patterns. Ability to navigate professional conversations with both clinical staff and business owners. Proven ability to manage a field-based schedule, hit outreach targets, and provide clear reporting to the Director of Operations. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Pay range and compensation package Base Salary: $80,000 per year. Commission Structure: Uncapped performance-based bonuses tied to referral volume and network growth. Resources: Travel reimbursement/mileage and the necessary tech stack to work effectively in the field. Support: Access to an established lead-management framework and administrative support for provider onboarding.
