Business Analytics Summer Associate (Healthcare / Pharma) Location: East Hanover, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 6+ months Business Analytics Summer Associate to support the Targeting & Next Best Actions (TNBA) team. This is a business-facing role focused on translating field team needs into data-driven targeting and engagement capabilities. What You’ll Do Partner with medical field teams, account managers, and sales leadership to understand business needs Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases Coordinate with analytics, data science, CRM, and omnichannel teams Support governance, compliance, and documentation activities Help drive adoption through training materials, playbooks, and feedback collection Assist with reporting, dashboards, and quarterly updates Who You Are Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related fields Strong analytical and communication skills Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint; dashboard tools are a plus Interested in healthcare, analytics, and business strategy Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working cross-functionally Nice to Have Internship or project experience in healthcare, consulting, or analytics Exposure to CRM, customer engagement, or regulated environments Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python (not required) Why Join Gain hands-on experience with real-world healthcare analytics Work closely with business and analytics leaders Build foundational skills in business analysis and stakeholder engagement Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Analyst, Business Development, and Research Industries Business Consulting and Services, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Retail Pharmacies
