Blue Wave is hiring a Brand Representative to represent our clients and drive new customer acquisition. If you’re outgoing, competitive, and energized by hitting goals, this is an opportunity to build real sales experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is not just a promotional role, it is a customer-facing sales position focused on generating new accounts, increasing brand awareness, and delivering measurable results. Brand Representative Tasks & Qualifications: As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, promoting products, and driving sales growth at events and promotional locations. Key responsibilities include: Proactively approach and engage potential customers in conversation Present products clearly and confidently, highlighting key features and benefits Distribute samples and convert interest into sales and new account sign-ups Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics Support and execute current promotions and campaigns Represent the brand professionally at events and retail activations Gather customer feedback and provide insights to leadership Track and report daily results and event performance We’re seeking individuals who are motivated by performance and enjoy working toward measurable goals. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence initiating conversations with new people A competitive mindset and comfort working toward sales targets Professional appearance and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full-time availability Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is helpful but not required.
