Job Summary

Own field brand promotion and retail execution across assigned territory, driving on-site activations, merchandising, inventory checks, and market insights to support launches and partnerships.

  • Manage on-site brand activations, merchandising, and event setup
  • Visit ~10 retail locations daily to maintain displays and gather market insights

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Introducing brand values, product features
  • Support on-site execution of brand initiatives and marketing activities
  • Maintain a consistent, professional, and positive brand presence
  • Assist with product display preparation and event setup
  • Visit approximately 10 retail locations daily within assigned territory
  • Maintain product displays and merchandising setups
  • Support brand launches and in-store brand initiatives
  • Check in-store inventory levels and product coverage
  • Collect pricing information and competitor activity insights
  • Maintain positive communication with store staff

Requirements

  • Experience in brand promotion, retail execution, event support, or field operations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with ROS system(Retail Operating System) preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) prefered
  • Team collaboration
