And we take brand protection seriously. We’re looking for a Brand Protection Lead to level up our enforcement operations and serve as the senior expert internally and externally. The Role This is a full-time remote role for a Brand Protection Lead. The role involves developing and implementing effective brand protection strategies, monitoring and identifying instances of trademark, copyright, or intellectual property infringement, and taking action to resolve issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish communication with external stakeholders, and contribute to strengthening our client brands. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of brand strategies and protection practices. What You'll Do Enforcement Leadership Lead enforcement strategy across marketplaces, social platforms, and webstores Own complex takedown cases and high-priority escalations Identify gaps in our enforcement angles and improve outcomes Ensure quality, speed, and consistency across all reporting Process & SOP Ownership Lead enforcement strategy across marketplaces, social platforms, and webstores Own complex takedown cases and high-priority escalations Identify gaps in our enforcement angles and improve outcomes Ensure quality, speed, and consistency across all reporting Team Training & Development Train and mentor our enforcement team Raise the bar on enforcement quality and strategic thinking Create internal training materials and ongoing education Client-Facing Leadership Join onboarding calls as the brand protection expert Lead complex client conversations and escalations Provide strategic guidance to enterprise clients Be the calm, confident authority in the room Sales & Growth Support Join late-stage sales calls as the technical enforcement expert Help prospects understand enforcement realities and possibilities Clearly articulate what is enforceable vs. not - and why What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in brand protection Deep familiarity with DMCA, trademark enforcement, and platform-specific reporting systems (Amazon, Meta, Shopify, eBay, TikTok, etc.) Experience handling escalations and complex takedown scenarios Strong operational thinker who can build and improve systems Comfortable speaking with founders, legal teams, and executives Strong written and verbal communication skills High ownership mindset
