Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of campaigns on assigned categories/brands from concept to perfect in-store execution, making global strategies locally relevant. For managed brands/projects, develop marketing activation plans, budgets, standards, channel & pricing strategy and ensure plan is executed to reach sales and profit objectives. Identify and see through to completion areas to save money, improve efficiency and add value to the company.
- Localize Global Marketing tool kits and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with Global Brand strategies.
- Lead and/or support the management of agency efforts, both internally and in partnership with global distributors, in delivering effective & efficient creative solutions, packaging, marketing materials, promotion, public relations and media for assigned category/brand programs.
- Support the execution of company process to concept, plan, develop, launch and successfully execute new products that drive growth. Navigate new projects through internal cross-functional teams and processes leading to on-time & on budget delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of brand management, commercial marketing, or portfolio management experience.
- Speaks English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
- Strong commercial, analytical, financial, budgeting, and marketing skills, with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Proven project management, organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional commercialization skills across multiple brands and markets.
- Experience managing agencies, distributors, customers, commercial partners, and marketing budgets.
Preferred
- MBA
- Beverage alcohol/CPG, including distributor and three-tier business models.
- Launching products across multiple markets and managing international or regional portfolios.
- Building business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities.
