Responsibilities

• Supporting campaigns from brief to launch, including research, tracking, and asset coordination
• Helping plan and staff events and activations, including on-site support
• Researching competitors, trends, and partnership opportunities
• Organizing brand assets and keeping our library clean and searchable
• Pitching ideas for social content and helping capture it in the field
• Pulling performance numbers and helping report on what's working
• Assisting with merch drops and influencer shipments
• Jumping in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• Strong writing and attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a few things at once
• A low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Available to work on-site in Torrance and occasionally at events

Preferred

• Prior internship, campus org, or freelance marketing experience
• A point of view on brands you love and why they work
• Comfort shooting and editing content on your phone
• Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe
• A real interest in boats, the outdoors, or EVs
• Comfortable pushing a fast but sustainable pace
• Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy
