Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and drive to assigned store or event locations
• Transport, set up, and take down promotional materials, products, and equipment
• Educate customers on the product portfolio, including spirits and RTD beverages
• Promote and sell products during tastings
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging customer experience
• Utilize problem-solving skills to manage unforeseen challenges
• Maintain clear and professional communication with the Fort Lane Marketing team
• Demonstrate proper mixology techniques and product knowledge (training provided)
• Maintain availability for shifts listed through the Fort Lane scheduling app

Requirements

• Passion for spirits, RTD beverages, and consumer education
• Experience in public speaking, presenting, or event-based customer interaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability and willingness to travel locally with product samples
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift 30 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for up to 3 hours per shift
