Responsibilities

• Weekly visits providing store support and motivation to our 18 Home Depot Store partners
• Engage with store associates and department leads bringing awareness of the Rockwood program and lead generating
• Contribute to social media accounts to posting visits
• Advise sales reps on content marketing campaigns and product positioning logistics
• Measure and report lead to sales strategies based on store metrics and scorecards, and make necessary adjustments

Requirements

• Experience in marketing or advertising
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Active presence on social media a plus
• Ability to learn product details quickly and translate what you’ve learned to content marketing strategies
• Familiarity with social media metric tracking preferred
• Leads to sales tracking
• Superior organization and planning skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and unwavering dedication to customer service
• High standard of integrity and strong work ethic
