Responsibilities

• Why this role exists: This is an entry-level, on-site position that represents a brand in person and creates positive customer experiences at events, retail locations, or community activations.
• This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.
• Initiate friendly face-to-face conversations with customers
• Explain brand offerings, promotions, and key messages
• Support demonstrations, events, and promotional displays
• Collect feedback and maintain professional brand standards
