Own frontline outreach in Orange County by guiding conversations with the public to educate and grow supporter engagement across campaigns and initiatives.

Represent campaigns at events and high-traffic venues
Lead face-to-face conversations to drive awareness and growth

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, retail locations, and other high-traffic venues throughout Orange County
Engage with members of the public through face-to-face conversations
Educate potential supporters about nonprofit campaigns and initiatives
Help increase awareness and supporter engagement
Work alongside a supportive, goal-oriented team
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
Comfortable starting conversations and meeting new people
Motivated by goals, personal development, and growth
Able to work full-time Monday through Friday

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or sales is a plus — but not required
