Position Overview: Brand Ambassador

Are you the kind of person who lights up a room, loves cannabis culture, and enjoys turning quick conversations into lasting relationships? FitzCanna is looking for energetic, polished, and cannabis-savvy Brand Ambassadors to bring our brands to life at dispensary pop-ups, vendor days, and budtender education events.

This part-time role is ideal for outgoing people who enjoy educating, connecting, and representing brands they genuinely believe in.

What You’ll Be Up To

• Represent our brands at events, retail locations, and promotional activities to generate buzz and increase product visibility
• Educate budtenders and consumers on our partners’ products, brand stories, and current promotions
• Build strong, genuine relationships with dispensary staff and retail partners
• Merchandise and maintain product visibility in-store
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service and answer product questions
• Share field insights, feedback, and sales activity with internal teams
• Maintain a polished, on-brand presence at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills and natural people-person energy
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, brand representation, customer service, or retail preferred
• Cannabis product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable traveling throughout Massachusetts and working evenings/weekends
• Organized, self-directed, and professional
• Must be 21+ and compliant with Massachusetts cannabis regulations
• Spanish-speaking a plus

Perks & Compensation

• $20–$21 per hour, including drive time
• Flexible part-time schedule (10–20 hours per week)
• Branded gear, product samples (where legally permissible), and performance bonuses
