Responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically throughout the event
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming, energetic experience
• Support the sale of merchandise, including product presentation and customer assistance
• Help maintain an organized and visually appealing retail/event space
• Answer basic product and event-related questions
• Support inventory organization, replenishment, and general event operations
• Work closely with the on-site event team to ensure a smooth experience
• Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, brand activation, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Interest in apparel, fashion, sports, automotive, or lifestyle brands
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable standing and interacting with guests for extended periods
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
