🚨 Hiring: BPA Manager (Finance) 📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN (2–3 days onsite, hybrid) ⏳ Duration: 8 Months Contract We are looking for a BPA Manager to support site finance operations, financial planning, and business performance analysis for a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Analyze site financial performance and provide insights to management • Monitor costs, profitability, and business risks • Support product costing and financial reporting • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards • Improve reporting processes and drive operational efficiency Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business • 2–6 years of financial management or FP&A experience • Experience in manufacturing or biopharma environment preferred • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills • Experience with SAP or D365 is a plus • Strong analytical and communication skills
