Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for the event and corresponding sales/tours.
- Oversee the event development process , creating the event, interacting with the appropriate vendors , coordinating the data and invitation process .
- Follow the established contract review process to ensure all vendors meet the risk management requirements.
- Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
- Aides’ coworkers, ensuring they understand their role in the event.
- Monitors the events to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing).
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Japanese
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance .
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
