As a Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for past and existing clients, helping them better understand available programs and benefits while ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and supportive. You will play an important role in maintaining client satisfaction, strengthening loyalty, and providing a high level of customer care in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
