Client facing leadership role that helps in Azure Migration Solution Development and delivery through following: leads Migration Platform solution for multi-cloud environment s.t. *** Cloud, *** Cloud Private, AWS, Azure based Client priorities and business benefits. Leads migration solution for hybrid cloud platform (on-prem, off-prem, dedicated cloud) with Client representatives ( Client consultants, CIO office, Client SME, Client Program management). Leads the team to build Migration strategy-based Value vs. effort and prepare cost-benefit model and inputs to ROI analysis. Leads the team and discuss with Migration vendors/partners solution-based tools/vendors specialties (what vendor/tool, when, why, benefits). Significant contributor to Migration methodology and capable of method tailoring as Client environment and Client industry. Significant contributor in Migration Solution Design by Effort estimation, costing, staffing, Client negotiations, Orals, tailoring solution as per Client budgetary guideline (Solution to Price and not Price to Win). Capable of lead the discussion on Migration solution priorities to benefit Clients through minimum marketable product (MP). Has experience in migrating workloads (apps/databases) from on-premises to Azure. Good knowledge in Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery Service and other migration tools. Experience in establishing connectivity between on-premise and Cloud networks. Experience: 6–10 years in Data/BI Analytics with exposure to enterprise and financial data ecosystems. Technical Expertise: Skilled in requirements gathering, data mapping, and translating business rules into FSD/TSD deliverables. Core Skills: Collaborates with engineering and business teams to define, validate, and test transformation logic and reporting outputs. Data Knowledge: Deep understanding of CDP (Consumable Data Product) design, data lineage, and reporting workflows. Nice to have skills: Preferred: Experience with SAP data elements, Agile story writing, ADO-based tracking, and functional/UAT testing of data flows.
